What we collect
The PTO may receive information that families choose to submit, including a name, email address, message, volunteer interest, sponsor information, and order or fulfillment details. We collect only what is needed to respond, coordinate, fulfill, or maintain the site.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to a request, coordinate a volunteer opportunity, communicate about an order, support PTO programs, and keep the website operating. Recipient addresses and officer configuration remain private and are not displayed on public pages.
Service providers
Payments may be processed by Stripe, transactional email may be sent through Resend, and the site may use managed hosting, database, and file storage providers. Those services receive only the information required for their documented role.

To ask a question about information submitted through the PTO site, contact murchison.pto@gmail.com. The PTO will review requests in the context of school, safety, accounting, and legal obligations.
